We collect information you provide directly, such as account registration details (name, email, company), billing information, and data you upload for annotation. We also collect usage data including log files, device information, and analytics to improve our services.
We use your information to provide and improve our annotation services, process payments, communicate with you about your account, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data you upload for annotation is processed solely to provide our labeling services. We do not use your uploaded data to train our own models or share it with other customers. Your data remains your property and is deleted upon request or contract termination.
We share data only with vetted annotators (under NDA) to perform labeling services, infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP) for hosting, and as required by law. We maintain a list of sub-processors available upon request.
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Annotation data is retained per your project settings and can be deleted at any time via the platform or by contacting support. We honor all deletion requests within 30 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@annotrift.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
We transfer data internationally using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other approved mechanisms. Enterprise customers can choose data residency in US, EU, or Asia-Pacific regions.
We use essential cookies for platform functionality and optional analytics cookies to improve our services. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
